    Had gmc ap appointment Monday and called only available Wednesday dropped off Sunday was checked in repaired Wednesday had to call in find out if it was done for pickup and sent. Back in before I came for oil change was checked off on boxes gmc ap and drop off paperwork when Jim is in office seems professional and does an amazing job when Mike runs service not such a good experience he is not good at alot in service seems lots of other customers feel same way as we all talk to one another hopefully your service gets better
